Western Law Figure. Born in Mason County, Kentucky, in 1825. He died Mar. 16, 1903 in San Antonio. He is buried in Del Rio at the Whitehead Museum.

This is a pioneer museum with several building exhibits including a replica of Judge Roy Bean's saloon the Jersey Lily. He and his son are buried next to the replica of the saloon.

The museum is in a residential area and seems an unlikely place to find two graves.
