This 12' high three-pronged plug sits on top of a pole which is painted to appear to be an electrical wire. It is located next to the parking lot and just inside the chain link fence of Booth Electric Supply near downtown Elmira. The cylindrical plug is painted yellow and is inscribed in black lettering:
