"The six parishes bonding under a “Strength of Six” (SOS) spirit were St. Francis of Assisi (Catatonk), St. James the Apostle (Waverly), St. John the Evangelist (Newark Valley), St. Margaret Mary (Apalachin), St. Patrick (Owego), and St. Pius X (Van Etten)."
