"Established in 1993 by Fenny Bentley as a five-barrel plant, we moved to the Green Man & Blacks Head Hotel in Ashbourne in 2008 increasing to a 24-barrel plant. In 2011 the brewery relocated again in our purpose built brew house at the Tap House pub near Smisby. Now offering seasonal and bottle-conditioned beers."
