"A white marble cross, pedestal and plinth on a concrete base and foundation. The Latin cross has a wreath of flowers around the head and the battered pedestal has the inscription inlaid in upright capital Roman lettering in recessed panels on each face. The whole is surrounded by a wrought iron railing and gate."
