It is attached to the InConjunction Real Estate building, which also houses a dental surgeon.
The lower southern part has glass panels, which brighten the internal staircase, leading up to the dental surgeons rooms.
The roof is 'bi-pitched' corrugated iron, with a 200 mm wide eaves above clocks on the southern, western, and eastern sides of the turret. (Uncertain if there is a clock on the north side, as it is not visible from the shopping centre.
When I visited in June 2015, the eastern face clock was one hour ahead of the other two faces.
I would think that the clock faces are about 60 cm diameter, with plain hands, that point to the twelve Arabic numbers around a plain white face.
