La Calèche rouge situé au 305 route 333. -Lafontaine. -St-Jérôme. -QC.
Installé en permanence et facilement observable cette magnifique calèche rouge. Elle a servi pour la communauté Amish comme buggie de transport tiré par un cheval pour les sorties du Dimanche et les sorties funéraires.
Originalement noir elle a servie lors de film d'époque et le propriétaire a eu la chance de lui être donné lors d'un débarras faute de place d'entreposage. Le tout est en excellente état toile banc suspension et roue. Il y a quelques éléments intéressants tels que le marche-pied avec une étoile et un suivant carré découpé en forme géométrique. Les sièges sont d'époque avec les ganses de sécurité un peu plus haute pour les mains des passagers. Les suspensions placés à l'avant et l'arrière au lieu de chaque côté, évitant d'avantage l'effet de balancement et les soubresauts du chemin. Un système de freinage a pad sous la calèche pour les arrêts nécessaires. Cette calèche était tiré par un seul cheval et en cas de pluie les ouvertures étaient fermer par une toile qu'on roulait et déroulait au besoin et retenu par des attaches lorsque ouvert.

Permanently installed and easily observable this beautiful red carriage. She served for the Amish community as transport buggie pulled by a horse for outings Sunday and funeral outputs.
Originally it served black in period film and the owner was lucky to be given in a storage room for lack of storage space. Everything is in excellent condition cloth suspension and wheel bench. There are some interesting elements such as the running board with a star and a square cut following geometric shape. The seats are original with loops to a little higher safety for passengers hands. The axles at the front and the back instead of each side, avoiding the jolts advantage of the way. A brake pad system under the carriage for the necessary stops. This carriage was pulled by a single horse and in case of rain the openings were closed by a canvas that rolling and unrolling necessary and retained by fasteners when opened.
