EN: The rectory of Wegenstetten is located next to the church on the hillside above the eastern edge of the village.
The house has two floors above a basement that is above ground in the west, and a smaller annex on the north side.
The rectory dates back to the late Middle Ages. In the 30-Years War it was burnt down by the Swedes and then rebuilt. In 1748 the house was rebuilt by architect Joseph Haffenegger and enlarged after the year 1760. The present appearance dates from this period. In 1820 and 2007 there were major renovations.
DE: Das Pfarrhaus von Wegenstetten befindet sich neben der Kirche auf einem Abhang über dem östlichen Rand des Dorfes.
Das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke über einem gegen Westen oberirdischen Kellergeschoss und einen kleineren Anbau an der Nordseite.
Das Pfarrhaus geht auf das späte Mittelalter zurück. Im 30-jährigen Krieg wurde es von der Schweden niedergebrannt und danach wieder aufgebaut. 1748 wurde das Haus von Baumeister Joseph Haffenegger umgebaut und nach 1760 vergrössert. Die heutige Erscheinung stammt aus dieser Zeit. Um 1820 und 2007 erfolgten grössere Renovationen.
