The following information is from his Florida Times-Union obituary:

"WESTER Betty L. Wester, 73, died Tuesday morning, February 4, 2003. She is survived by her 3 children, Grady Wester, Patricia Brewton and Michael Wester; sister, Billie Hancock; brother, Ray Chesser; and grandchildren, Laura, BJ, Christopher, Marshall, Ada, Alex, Austin and Eddie. Her husband, W.G. “ Buddy” Wester, Jr., preceded her in death. Graveside services will be Saturday, February 8 at 11am in Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of NE FL, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jax, FL 32257. Arrangements by TOWN & COUNTRY FUNERAL HOME, 7242 Normandy Blvd."
