Located on the side of the building of Rocky Mountain Chocolate is a large, colorful mural created by local student artists. There's a small plaque next to the mural that reads:

Keep it Clean for the Next Generation

by Artist Sandra Jones Campbell
and Laguna College of Art & Design Students
David M. Barnett, Robin Hextrum & Stephanie Snee,
Dedicated on July 1, 2011. Sponsired by Community Art
Project. Paid for by Donation from CAP Members and
Grants from The City of Laguna Beach Business Improvement
District and The Festival of Arts Foundation.

The mural depicts life at Laguna Beach with lots of people in swimsuits and sunglasses, enjoying the summer weather.
