Initially I thought this was an "Independent Pizza Shop", but research from: (
visit link) shows that Pizza Capers are in all States (and Territories) of Australia - excepting South Australia.
68 of the 90 outlets are in Queensland! With some 11 outlets in NSW, and the closest one to my home, being in Port Macquarie, an hour north, so I am happy to submit this one, which is 4 hours drive away.
