Blanche N. Lowe was born to Francis and Florida (Roberts) Lowe on 29 July 1903. She was married to Joel Garner (1908 or 1909 to 1948). Her FindAGrave entry says that they were married in August of 1948 (when she would have been 45), but he died on 4 August 1948, so her bio most likely accidentally records his death date as their marriage date (and I doubt that she was a black widow...).

In any case, Blanche continued on until 19 October 2003, over 100 years old.
