The foundation donated the property for the Fair Plaza Parking Garage. The statue of R.W. Fair stands under the tower end. The statue was sculpted by Cherry and Jim Day.

The life size statue is bronze and stands on a cement base with plaque. R.W. Fair is dressed in a business suit with tie and his left hand is in the pocket of his slacks. His right hand holds a hat.
