V souvislosti s výstavbou polikliniky, otevrené v roce 1974, byla osazena i tato výtvarná realizace zvaná "Srdce".
Objekt je umísten pred hlavním vstupem do areálu polikliniky na Lesné.
Jedna se o prostorová plastika z kovu o velikosti (240 x 240 x 197 cm).

In connection with the construction of health centers, opened in 1974, was installed and the realization of art called "The Heart".
The building is located outside the main entrance to the health center at Forest.
It is a spatial sculpture made of metal the size (240 x 240 x 197 cm).
