Added to the National Register, Dec. 23, 1993, as an example of Pacific Coast architecture.
Lower floor was rented out. A fire occurred on the lower floor about 2012 (the dentist moved out). A sign in the window indicated it can still be rented.
It faces a small park. A building to the south was originally a Bank of Italy (America).
