This one was made by Auguste Rodin from France who lived from 1840 to 1917. This sculpture was named Jean de Fiennes, Draped, and it was first modeled in 1885 to '86. It's made of bronze and is a gift from Iris and B. Gerald Cantor in honor of the museum's 25th anniversary.
This sculpture is in a free section of LACMAA. I didn't pay a fee to see it. It's in a public outdoor sculpture garden just to the south of the main entrance. It's locked at night to protect them against vandalism, but it's averrable during daylight hours.
