This one was made by Auguste Rodin from France who lived from 1840 to 1917. This sculpture was named Jean d'arie and it was first modeled in 1886. It's made of bronze and is a gifts from B. Gerald Cantor. The statue can be found on the south west side of the sculpture garden at LACMA. It stands on a concrete base thats about an inch or two above the ground. The statue is about the same highest as a normal person and it is facing to the north, with its back to Wilshire Blvd.
