This yellow-painted Parker-type through-truss bridge spans Rooster Creek, a creek running north of the Red River and part of Lake Texoma and the Lake Texoma State Park in Marshall County, OK.
This single-lane 225 foot-long bridge was constructed around 1940 during the construction of Lake Texoma but is possible salvaged from an unknown location. A cantilevered walkway is on the east side. The deck is 16 feet wide and the vertical clearance is 15.5 feet.
Before inundated by Lake Texoma, Rooster Creek was a small shallow seasonally intermittent stream.
