EN: The St. Laurentius Church is located at Delsbergerstrasse in northern Grellingen.

The single-nave church was built in 1835 and and became an independent parish church in 1845. Before then, Grellingen was part of the parish Pfeffingen and around 1800 for a few years of Nenzlingen.

In 1874, the church became temporarily Old Catholic, but switched back to the Roman Catholic Church in 1880.

Inside the church there is a statue of St. Lawrence from the period around 1500, more sculptures and paintings from the 17th to the 19th century and a baptismal font of the sculptor Isidoro Pellegrini from the time around 1900.

DE: Die St. Laurentiuskirche befindet sich an der Delsbergerstrasse im Norden von Grellingen.

Die einschiffige Kirche wurde 1835 erbaut und 1845 zur selbständigen Pfarrkirche. Davor hatte Grellingen zur Pfarrei Pfeffingen und um 1800 für ein paar Jahre zu Nenzlingen gehört.

1874 wurde die Kirche vorübergehend altkatholisch, wechselte aber schon 1880 wieder zur römisch-katholischen Kirche zurück.

Im Innern der Kirche befinden sich eine Statue des Heiligen Laurentius aus der Zeit um 1500, weitere Skulpturen und Bilder aus dem 17. bis 19. Jahrhundert sowie ein Taufstein des Bildhauers Isidoro Pellegrini aus der Zeit um 1900.
