This is a commercial building which once had a skating rink. It replaced a livery stable.

"Three-story, six bay commercial building with plain brick parapet with center portion stepped up slightly; stone name plate with Dibble" set in raised section of the parapet; retains second and third story 36 light metal frame windows and multi-light metal frame transoms above replacement windows in remodeled street level facade, c. 1990. Built 1920. Builder Fred Dibble.
The first floor was designed as a garage while the second floor was used as a roller skating rink when it was first built. This building replaced a large livery stable owned by Arthur and Merton Coy."
