In a small park, just in front of the local primary school in Stará Paka the memorial dedicated to WW I victims is located. It consists of the statue of a young mother with a child in her arms looking into the distance. On the pedestal there is a black plaque with 53 names engraved on it. They are the names of the local citizens fallen on battle fields of WW I. The date of the erection of this memorial is unknown.
