Miss Forsgard is buried in the Forsgard family plot in Waco's historic Oakwood Cemetery, and the grave of her father, Edward Ferdinant Forsgard, is complemented by a Texas Historical Marker. Her own headstone is of gray granite, with flowers above a simple inscription:
