"A former treasurer of the Spencer Fire Department was sentenced to 90 days in the Tioga County Jail and five years of probation, following her guilty to fourth degree grand larceny for stealing from the department.

Jennifer Grier, 37, of Spencer was sentenced Monday in Tioga County Court, Tioga County District Attorney Kirk O. Martin said in a news release. She, also, was ordered to pay $51,843.32 in restitution to the Spencer Fire Department."
