The vintage neon sign at The Pasada Motel is good working order -- the rest of the place, not so much.
Definitely stop by to admire the 1950s neon sign along the old Route 66 (now E Colorado Blvd). But don't stay here -- it's run down and rough.
This part of Route 66 is gentrifying, but the old vestiges of the Mother Road remain (for now).
Directly across the street is a brand-new development with a nice new Holiday Inn hotel, so there is opportunity for this hotel to improve and be able to attract Route 66 tourists, but it needs investment first.
