There are two 3D orientation maps outside the Great St Mary church in King's Parade. The one to the north of the church displays the central area of Cambridge in 3D with Braille used to help the visually impaired.

The map has the Great St Mary church as its centre point with Senate House and King's College chapel both diagonally opposite ob the other side of King's Parade. The map extends to the south to show both King's and Corpus Christ colleges and their buildings. At the northern end are Gonville and Caius and Sidney Sussex colleges. In between are many other landmarks.
The 3D model was presebted bt the Cambridge Rotary Club to mark its centenary in 2005. It also marks the new millennium (2000) and the Queen's jubilee in 2002.
