Drive down the winding road into the park and you’ll be greeted with colorful playscapes, a large outdoor pool and two public football fields.
The Katherine Cannon walking trail, which can be accessed near the entrance of the park, is ideal for a stroll along paths bordered by native plants. There are deer in the area and may be spotted in the morning.
