The map is next to Lock 42E on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, which is next to Marsden Railway station and close to a free car park on the Marsden Estate National Trust site.

The Standedge tunnel on the canal is the longest, highest and deepest canal tunnel in England and is a great place to visit.
