The weathervane sits atop a purpose built housing for the pavilion clock. As would be expected, it is a cricket pavilion so the weathervane shows a cricketer having taken his guard at the stumps waiting for a ball to be delivered. The cricketer, stumps, directional arrow and cardinal letters are all painted white. The rest of the structure is painted black.
