Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present section corner bears S85.7°E from WAYMARK WMQT50, 2649' distant.

Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe in a collar of stones; flush with ground What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: There is one faded PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a T-post which bears W, 12' distant, and a second on a T-post which bears S, 8'9" from the corner. The latter is bent over by a windfall. There is another PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign on a U-post which bears W, 14" distant. Found an original ponderosa pine with a scribed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT on the backside. Also found two new ponderosa pines each with a healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT on the backside. The pine in the SE quadrant has an additional BEARING TREE tag.
