The Inscription reads:
To the glory of God and in loving memory
of Arthur Edward Pedder who fell asleep
5th February 1916, also of Edward Boynton Pedder
{2nt Lieut. 18th Hussars} who fell in action
at Vermelles 17th January 1916, and of
Evelyn Mary Pedder who passed beyond the veil
on Christmas Day 1918. Jesu Mercy.
