They are open, Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 8 PM. They cater, and they have plenty of room for everybody to have a seat.
You can do plates or sandwiches, with the option of ordering food by the pound. Your selections are pork ribs, pulled pork, brisket (sliced/chopped), ham, turkey, sausage, burnt ends ("Chop Chop Beef, they call it) and baked potatoes. Your sides include pinto beans, cole slaw, green beans, okra, baked beans, potato salad, baked potato casserole, and fries. Soft drinks, coffee, and iced tea are available, no alcohol, and cobbler, cookies, brownies, pie, and pudding are your dessert options.
As meat is available by the pound, you can order as much as you like in order to "pig out," unless you buy one of their family packs to tackle yourself, ranging from $25 to $75. If you're going on the cheap, $3.25 will get you a plain baked potato and a glass of water.
