Our family patronized this establishment while staying in Roseburg for the weekend. We were told that Burrito Vaquero has the best authentic Mexican food in town. We weren't disappointed although their restaurant is very small (looks like it was once a gas station) and very cozy. The staff is friendly and the food was quick to order and arrive. All of our family's meals were delicious. I highly recommend them if you don't mind the very casual atmosphere.
They even have a drive-thru and they cater as well.
