EN: The cemetery of Starrkirch-Wil is located on the south side of the church of St. Peter and Paul. The churchyard is surrounded by a low wall and graveled. The northern half is occupied by about 50 graves. The southern part is for urn graves, of which it probably has more.
The church is the oldest in the region. Its foundation is said to date back to the 8th century, the cemetery might have a similar age.
DE: Der Friedhof von Starrkirch-Wil befindet sich an der Südseite der Kirche St. Peter und Paul. Der Kirchhof ist von einer niedrigen Mauer umgeben und mit Kies bestreut. Die nördliche Hälfte wird von etwa 50 Gräbern belegt. Der südliche Teil ist für Urnengräber, von denen es vermutlich mehr hat.
Die Kirche ist die älteste der Region. Ihre Gründung geht wahrscheinlich auf das 8. Jahrhundert zurück, der Friedhof dürfte ähnlich alt sein.
