This home underwent significant restoration in 2005-2006 (see link), and has spent considerable time on the market after being denied (2014) a permit for operation as a bed and breakfast. It was sold in September, 2015, and many realtor listings for that year indicated that it was built in 1904. That might be a little late for Queen Anne, but it's certainly possible. However, the provided link suggests 1893, which would be more in line with this style.
