I get a zillion of the dumb business webs sites, that have zero information...but nothing directly for the church
Update (2019):
"This building has been extremely altered both by the large addition
across its front (W) facade and by the use of wide siding applied to the exterior walls. On the E & N gable ends are delicate 3 part stained glass windows with large pointed arched transoms with tracery. In the large front addition, which is 2 stories, there is an insit double leaf (W) entrance, above
which is a pointed arched window which appears to have been the original entry transom. Other windows at this 2nd story are smaller, but are of the
Gothic arch variety. Those on the 1st story are rectangular. All of these
openings, including a small circular window to the S of the entrance, are filled with stained glass. A large 2 story gabled porch supported on pl*in columns
runs across this W facade. At the NE corner is a 1 story pent addition with a
N entrance.
"The church faces W with a parking area between the building and the street.
Located on a large corner lot with a small frame outbuilding with a gable roof
to its SE, the building is in the North central part cf Keytesville." ~ Missouri Department of natural Resources
