"Kew is a 'blink and you'll miss it' village on the old Pacific Highway, with a pub, post office, small police station, motel, roadhouse and general store. World famous aviatrix Nancy Bird Walton was born in Kew and the road adjacent to the village is named after her. The Kew Information Centre on the corner of Ocean Drive and the Pacific Highway, is open seven days a week from 10.00 am - 4.00 pm."
