Built in 1901 when steam engines were the latest thing in travel. The move to the new location took place in 2001.

Information on the plagues on the wall of the museum about the move.
Union Pacific Railroad had to halt traffic on the two lines that passed on either side of the old depot. Vehicle traffic also had to be stopped on the HWY 6 so it could be crossed.
Loaded intact onto a trailer the move over the tracks and the highway to its new location (660 feet) took about 20 minutes.
