There appears to be no Wikipedia page for this Romanian Orthodox church or an official website. However a sign at the church reads:
"'Saint Demetrius - of Oath Taking" Church
Founded by Constantin Filitti - bishop of Buzau to the design of
architect Iosef Welz, being the fourth church built on this place,
the oldest dating from the 16th century. Neo-classical style
ornamentation with six Ionic columns on the western facade, Doric
pilasters on the lateral ones and a profiled cornice, with denticles."
Unfortunately, the church was undergoing renovations at the time that this Waymark was posted and the facade could not be seen.
