On the 'Wide Bay Highway' (actually called Bligh Street in the town of Kilkivan) is the 'fibro clad' Post Office for Kilkivan and District. Not exactly 'wheel-chair friendly', as it has at least four steps up to the front door.

Interesting to me, is that the Fuji-film camera advertised on the front of the Post Office for $159 is the type I bought later that day, at Maryborough, when my Nikon camera fell off the roof of my car and got run over. It refused to work, and I was wanting to get as many different Waymarks as possible while holidaying in Queensland.
BTW, there are Postal Boxes on the western side of the building.
Directly over the road is the District Historical Society Museum.
