A six hour hostage situation took place on Jonathon Ave in San Jose. A man and woman were signing divorce papers outside, when the man pulled a gun. He took his three year old daughter into the house. The daughter was released a few hours later, and he surrendered around 5pm. The road to Jonathon Ave was closed. You can see the SWAT truck in the background.
