Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears N89.5°E from WAYMARK WMQNTF, 2641' distant.
Walk through a thinned parcel, crossing Davis Creek again.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 8"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on a U-post which bears W, 34" distant. Found two bearing trees. The one in the NE quadrant is down. The other is a white pine with a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside, and two yellow BEARING TREE tags, front and back. There is also a LOCATION POSTER on a 20" Douglas fir which bears W, 15'3" from the corner.
