"The remains on the freeway were discovered at about 6:30 p.m. by a woman who walked over to the highway area from the intersection of Richmond and Moorpark avenues, California Highway Patrol Officer Ross Lee said.

She had somehow lost her phone beyond a fence separating the neighborhood there from the highway. She jumped the fence to the highway area and found a human skull on the embankment next to the highway, Lee said." (visit link)
