EN: This large turbine with six blades and about five meters in diameter is on display in a roundabout south of the railway station of Aarau.
There is no sign anywhere and I could neither find any other details. But the place but is right in front of the headquarters of the energy supplier AEW, so I guess it is save to assume that the turbine is from one of their power plants.
DE: Dieses grosse Turbinenrad mit sechs Schaufeln und etwa fünf Metern Durchmesser ist in einem Kreisverkehr südlich vom Bahnhof in Aarau ausgestellt.
Es gibt nirgends ein Schild und ich konnte auch keine anderen Detailinformationen ausfindig machen. Da sich der Ort aber direkt vor dem Hauptsitz des Energieversorgers AEW befindet, kann man wohl annehmen, dass die Turbine aus einem ihrer Kraftwerke stammt.
