The Sky Ranch Motel is an old style motor motel along Fremont Street in Las Vegas. Its large sign features a crescent moon over a sky of stars.
This Zippy comic strip features three different neon signs, all in Las Vegas, Nevada. Griffy and his friend Claude Funston have one of their usual off-the-wall conversations. In this pane Griffy suggests that Claude think Mexico wants to reclaim Mexico and that aliens occupy the White House. To which Claude responds that he gets his information from talk radio and they don't lie.
