"1919 Former Charles F. Johnson Jr. Residence, large, two story Colonial Revival residence with truncated hipped roof; large hipped dormers; curved front porch; prominent brick chimney west side. The windows are 6/1 and 8/1. A ramp for accessibility has been constructed on the east side of the porch."

"The roof of the curved porch is supported by paired classical columns. There is a balustrade of turned spindles between the columns."
