The NRHP Nomination Form contains the following verbiage to describe this contributing building's significance:

The Umpqua Brew Pub is house in a one-story brick structure with a full, usable basement. It is situated on the west side of Jackson Street. The front facade of the building has been slightly remodeled hi the style of many other early brick buildings in Roseburg. It features a modest entrance on the street (east) side and compatible windows. A large mural depicting Roseburg early activities has been painted on the south side of the structure.

This building was occupied by the Hufham Sign Shop for many years.

This building is Inventory #18 on page 21 of the NRHP Nomination Form and was erected in 1910. The Umpqua Brew Pub is now operating as O'Toole's Pub. The large mural on the south side of the building has been painted over.
