NRHP Nomination Form contains the following verbiage to describe this contributing building's significance:
This small one-story building has seen service in several different identities. It is constructed of concrete block with some shiplap and painted brick trim. Full-length windows have wood frames and there is a transom over the entry door and a sidelight.
The building was the site of the Monogram Tavern in the 1940s and 50s. It has most recently been an office building and is now
vacant.
This building is Inventory #13 on page 19 of the NRHP Nomination Form and was erected in 1953. Today, this building is still vacant and available for rent.
