With this small boat ramp being not very well maintained, nor sign-posted and advertised, it seems that this is just for the local fisherman and his small tinny.

This is just off of Lemon Tree Passage Road, and would be easily missed if you didn't have the coordinates for it.
It is a single bitumen lane, with only parking for a couple of vehicles. The bitumen only goes to the level of low tide, and then it is a base of rocks.
This arm of Nelson Bay is quite shallow (at the best of times), and with all the banks covered in mangroves I would think that the speed limit would be 8 knots (or less).
