Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears N88.6°E from WAYMARK WMQ2EB, 2635' distant.
The corner is N of South Fork Lake Creek

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a T-post which bears E, 8'6" distant. Found a ponderosa pine with a scribed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside and a white fir with a healed blaze and the same set of metal signs. In the SE quadrant is a 19" tall sawed stump with a yellow BEARING TREE tag.
