Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears N0.8°W from WAYMARK WMQ2EB, 1362' distant.
The corner is N of Middle Fork Lake Creek.
Type of survey mark: 1-1/2" aluminum cap on 5/8" rebar; rising 2"

There are LAND SURVEY MONUMENT and PROPERTY BOUNDARY signs mounted on a U-post which bears S, 2'2" distant. There is also a mangled PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a T-post which bears N, 8'3" distant. Both bearing trees, with some metal signs still attached, are on the ground.
